Did you lose your home to foreclosure? How do you feel about others getting assistance?
January 30th, 2009 | by admin |Seems unfair that they'd consider an interest freeze now, after so many have lost their homes to forclosure, usually due to not knowing or understanding the terms of their loans.
They're still just considering these measures. Nothing has been done as of yet, and they've been considering assistance for nearly a year now.
The only assistance that's been given so far is inflated money pumped directly into the stock market by the Fed to prop up the banks. That is more unfair than some homeowners getting help while others don't. Let banks that make bad loans pay for those decisions, by seeing profits shrink or going out of business.
Even the banks themselves do not understand the loans now. They can't figure out who even owns the mortgages and is able to foreclose on them. So, it's not surprising that homeowners did not understand them if courts and lenders can not figure out who is actually able to foreclose.
