will that go on my credit too?in mississippi they say when your married when purchasing the home it effects both of you.is this true?he had the money and job,i couldnt be on the loan, glad i didnt actually.please help me.

Being on the deed doesn't affect you in this situation. As long as he is the only one listed on the mortgage and you divorced prior to the house going into foreclosure, Federal Law prohibits a creditor from including you in the bureau notices as you aren't a party to your ex-husband's finances anymore.

However, having said that, my suggestion would be to monitor your credit reports in the weeks after foreclosure. Mistakes can happen, and it's better to fix a mistake like a foreclosure that you weren't a party to, prior to applying for a loan, rather than going through a denial notice and having to fix it at a later date before reapplying for that loan you wanted.

Best of luck. =^_^=
