I am in a condo and the HOA are trying to forclose on me because i cant keep up with there nickle and dimeing me i have to the end of the month to give them two thousand dollars . I called my bank and let them know but i dont know what to do.

We received foreclosure papers.Owing 6 pymts.The mortgage company has given us the run around(Do not send pymts,cpt updates,pymt review inquires, etc)had a pymt set up for may 31 to prevent did not try to come out of our acct.Contacted co. on Jun 9,there is nothing they could do b/c sent to foreclosure that day.Husband & I have medical records of being in hospitals over the past year.He is self-employed & we have a 3&5 yr old.still no resolution, they are gathering fees for loan mod.

Once the default period starts, (pre-auction) how are the charges determined. I can understand that filing fees may be set. How about legal fees. Is there a cap and where should one go to find out the range before hit with these additional cost? Thanks.
