What are Legals in the News Paper about?
June 19th, 2009 | by admin |When reading the legals in the paper for foreclosures, property, etc., I heard that the items inside are also up for auction. Is this true or is it just the house that is being auctioned on. For those that are unsure of what portion of the paper I am referring to, it is in the classifieds and normally starts of like "Notice of Public Auction Foreclosure".
Every state has their own laws/rules about Foreclosure and the legal advertising requirements.
BUT, I have never heard of the contents (personal property) being part of the Foreclosure. The Foreclosing Lender only has the right to sell the property to recover their loss.
