    I am 29 and the only way my generation can afford to buy a house within our lifetime is if foreclosures force the prices of homes down to a reasonable level. Obama wants to keep these artificially high prices elevated and in doing so dooming my generation to a lifetime of renting slavery.

    i am 29 and didn’t buy a house because I knew I couldn’t afford 20% down and a 30 year mortgage. Now Obama wants to punish my responsible judgement by rewarding those living beyond their means.

    I voted for obama but I won’t next time!

    This will only encourage americans to be less accountable with thier mortgages be more inclined to foreclose, resulting in more foreclosures nationally, because the government is going to bail them out.

    Thus being more reliant and easire to control by obama’s bigger government…

    This Plan will not save every home and not bail out those who borrowed beyond there means? He is going to remove restrictions on Fanny Mae and Freddy to again create loans to those who couldn’t afford there first loans?? He contradicts himself
    Property values have grown 10 to 20% annually before we all lerarned about the democrats dregulating Fanny and Freddy causing this mess. Making the same mistake twice! STUPID

    As an Account Manager that ists homeowners to keeping their homes, I am truely shocked an honored that this has happened! At my job I can already see the turn around!
