		<description>Realtytrac is AWFUL. They charge for information you can get free. Plus, the information is extremely outdated. The houses they list have usually been sold months before. They also have very outdated contact information (realtors who have retired, moved, etc). And they often have wrong and misleading information. You can find foreclosures on MLS. We bought one, and we found it on Realtor.com. You just have to be patient and look through, you&#039;ll find many that are labeled Foreclosure, Bank Owned, REO, etc. I have government sites I use too, but I don&#039;t list those publicly, too many scammers out there. If you do some research you can find them
