Does anybody know the website for apartments in foreclosure? ?
July 13th, 2009 | by admin |I live in Ohio I seen on the news awhile back there is a website you can go to and it tells of property facing or in foreclosure. I thought it’s a good thing for us who rent. Does anybody have any idea what website it is? Thanks
There is a pretty good website, that gets shown on AOL news every once in a while called www.realtytrac.com
I recommend this site, they have a free trial phase.

Realtytrac is AWFUL. They charge for information you can get free. Plus, the information is extremely outdated. The houses they list have usually been sold months before. They also have very outdated contact information (realtors who have retired, moved, etc). And they often have wrong and misleading information. You can find foreclosures on MLS. We bought one, and we found it on Realtor.com. You just have to be patient and look through, you’ll find many that are labeled Foreclosure, Bank Owned, REO, etc. I have government sites I use too, but I don’t list those publicly, too many scammers out there. If you do some research you can find them
