The Missouri Bar has a site that may or it may be worth your time to just go see an attorney. Alot of attorney's still do initial consults for free, or even if it was $50-70 it may be worth it. Good Luck

Bankruptcy law is fairly universal nationwide (the main difference is exemptions and local court rules), I could help you with that, but I am not knowledgeable about Missouri Foreclosure laws.
I think what you really need is a consultation with a bankruptcy attorney with chapter 13 experience in your area.
