I think 90 days max. So landowner will be more careful of who they rent to and 90 days is pently of free rent for a person to find a place/move out.

A lot of people will abuse the system if it is rent free for a whole year. Yeah we’ll have less homeless people. The landlord would just suffer and then after a year very few people could ever afford to rent.

This is the dumbest thing ever, basicly it’s people abusing the system so there lazy es can live without rent. People why dont you get off your lazy butts an get a job so you cna pay for your rent instead of doing nothing then complaining when you get evicted cause you dont pay jack squat.

These women don’t understand reality. These homeowners knew the reality when they signed the papers. Now you want us to let them live rent free for a year? No way in !!!! The houses would be destroyed and banks would be in an even worse situation. The homeowners need to be responsible for their own actions.

Way to go. Reward irresponsible behavior. You don’t have to pay your bills. Rent free for one year. What do you think those houses are going to look like after a year? They’ll look like public housing in private neighborhoods. Broken windows, leaky plumbing, etc. Who cares? Face it MaryPat. This isn’t about saving your poor constituents. It’s all about getting re-elected. Isnt’ it?

no1 will get left out on this bill. it is going to work out, you’ll see. the people stay in their homes. not yours. renters are different. all of the lenders haven’t done the best job of record keeping. some depended on the bailout. at the end of the 365 days, the buyer will have a chance to redo their contracts. allow the law to work so that mistakes of fraud weren’t done. the stimulus money’s will help landlords that are in foreclosure if they meet the requirements.

if i was a landlord in america and i thought this law would pass id be getting the out of america.
spend (only) what you earn….if you dont agree with that. then become a stockbroker and ur country up some more.
