    Talk to the bank first. If you can't pay your mortgage, you certainly can't afford a lawyer.

    By all means talk to the bank first. They may be willing to work with you to avoid the process. That is your best bet.

    check out what programs are available to help keep u from loosing home-the govenment is suppose to have some type of program.

    You can audit your lender and see if your loan has errors, infractions or violations. If there are federal violations, your loan may be thrown out!
