Who can help avoid foreclosure?

YOU! Get a second job, cut your costs WAY back – get rid of internet, cell phone, cable, etc. Eat rice and beans!

Get a renter or two. Recycle cans, deliver pizzas, etc.

You can avoid foreclosure – but you have to work at it.

The economy is in a bad way bad every day there is more bad news with more job losses. Each time you switch on the television you hear the same thing. It is so bad now that many people cannot bear to watch the news for fear of what they will hear next.

As soon as people lose their jobs they lose their incomes and then cannot afford to cover their mortgages in months they find themselves in arrears. Do not let this be you.

The good news is with Obama’s loan modification programme you can avoid this and you do not have to be behind with your payments or in trouble to take advantage of it.

Every time you look at the news unemployment has gone up, companies have gone to the wall and people are losing their jobs. It is no good burying your head in the sand and hoping it will not happen to you. If you find you are struggling with your mortgage you need to take action before it is too late.

If you do not have a job there is nothing you can do to stop the banks foreclosing on you because there is no way to cover the payments. This forces house prices down and affects the economy and everyone in the country.

Stopping foreclosure now before the situation becomes worse is not that hard because there are so many private companies offering the same help as the Obama administration is and if you act in time you can prevent this.
